The dashboard gives you an instant overview of your activity, deals and recent work from a birds’-eye view. As a sales rep, you’ll be able to visualize your key metrics so you can better understand how to win.
At the very top of the dashboard, you’ll be welcomed by four quick links to key parts of the application:
- Open Routes: Build or edit optimized routes to save more time
- Find Leads: Find and quickly add new opportunities
- See Deals: Manage and study your deals and funnel progress
- Add Activity: Quickly log an activity like a visit or cold call
On your Dashboard, you’ll find the following charts:
- Daily Change
- Open Deals
- Activity Overview
The Daily Change chart visualizes the raw number of:
- Completed Activities
- Companies Added
- People Added
- Deals Added
- Or Revenue Closed Won
To customize your Daily Change chart:
- To change which metric you view, select “Metric”
- To adjust the number of days, select “Date Range”
The Open Deals map plots open deals for a given funnel as pins on a map.
To customize your Open Deals chart:
- To change which funnel you’re viewing, select “Funnel”
- All open funnel stages are represented by the legend at the bottom of the maps
Activity Overview is a quick visualization of key metrics within a give time period:
- Revenue Closed
- Activities Completed
- New Companies
- New People
- New Deals
- New Routes
To customize your Activity Overview chart:
- To adjust the time period, select “Date Range”
The Activities chart gives you a quick overview of your activities listed for the day. Here, you can quickly view each activity with the following details:
- Activity name and type
- Associated record(s)
- Activity note
- Due date or date completed
- Assignee and Creator
To customize your Activities chart:
- Select “Incomplete” to see activities not yet marked as finished
- Select “Completed” to see activities that are finished
- To filter Activities by name in ascending or descending order, click on the Activity column header
- To filter Activities by Due Date in ascending or descending order, click on the Due Date column header
