The Map My Customers Public API is a great option for sales teams that are trying to integrate CRM, ERP, or other software solutions that do not currently exist as native integrations (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho) within the MMC ecosystem. Our Public API can be used by developers or IT resources from your team to build an integration (connection) between Map My Customers and the platform of your choice.
How to get started
Access to our API is currently by request only. To request access please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then work with you directly to issue the credentials you’ll need to begin making calls to our API.
What you can do
Our API Documentation provides a full list of all the endpoints that are accessible. Within the documentation you can sign in to your MMC account and run sample requests automatically by clicking on the “Try It” button next to any of the documented endpoints. Details around our API’s best practices (such as rate limiting, filtering, sorting, etc.) can be found under the introductory sections at the top of the documentation.
