You can use Map My Customers to track the progress of your Deals. Make changes to the stages of the default “Sales Funnel”, or add Custom Deal Funnels. With multiple funnels, you can categorize different deals into different sales cycles.
To add a New Funnel:
- Click “Records” on the Navigation Bar
- Select “Funnels/Deals” from the dropdown menu
- Click the blue Settings Gear symbol to the right of the Funnel selection dropdown
- Select “Manage funnel and stages”
- Click "Add a new Funnel". A new funnel will appear in the list with the 7 standard stages
- Click the pencil next to the name “New Funnel” to edit the name
- Click the star next to the name to favorite this funnel
To add a Deal Stage:
- Click “Records” on the Navigation Bar
- Select “Funnels/Deals” from the dropdown menu
- Click the blue Settings Gear symbol to the right of the Funnel selection dropdown
- Select “Manage funnel and stages”
- Select the desired Deal Funnel to add stages to
- Click "Add Stage" below the Closed Lost stage
- Name your New Stage, set its color, select its Closing Probability and add a Rot Limit if applicable
To edit a Deal Stage:
- Click “Records” on the Navigation Bar
- Select “Funnels/Deals” from the dropdown menu
- Click the blue Settings Gear symbol to the right of the Funnel selection drop down
- Select the desired Deal Funnel to edit the stages of
- Drag and drop the Stages to reorder
- Click the Name, Probability, Color or Rot limit to edit any of these elements
- Click the "Trash Icon" to delete the deal stage
