Use our platform to organize your People so you can create optimized Routes and better visualize your customers. People are viewable in classic Map View, List View or as Groups.
You can associate People with other Records, add them to Groups and create Territories around them that can be assigned to Reps.
People Record details include the list of fields below. Keep in mind that you can add Custom Fields to better meet the needs of your business.
- First Name*
- Last Name*
- Phone number
- Address
- Website
- Pin color
- Email address
- # of employees
- Annual revenue of associated Company
To add a Person in Map My Customers:
- Click the Universal Add " +" button in the top right of the menu
- Select "Add Person"
- Fill out the desired fields
- Click "Create Person" to finish creating the record
