Auto Visits allow you to automatically log a Visit Activity when you or your Rep arrives to a meeting with a customer. Navigate to Settings to begin using Auto Visits.
To enable Auto Visits:
- Navigate to Settings via the Gear icon on the right side of the Navigation Menu
- Scroll down to the Automatic Reminders & Visits section
- Toggle on the "Enable Auto Visits" to turn on the feature
Once enabled, Visit Activities are automatically created when you travel to the address of a Company or Person. You can navigate to the Auto Visit Activity Record to log Notes and edit other details. If you prefer location-based Activities to be user-driven, we recommend enabling Check-in Activities rather than Auto Visits.
