The Overview Tab contains high-level reports on your team’s activities and progress.
At the top of the page, you’ll see total metrics and average metrics across the main object types (activities, companies, contacts, deals, and routes).
In the middle of the page, you’ll see charts visualizing information about deals and activities, as well as records added over time.
At the bottom of the page you’ll see a heat map of open, won, and lost revenue for your team.
To access Overview Tab:
- Click on “Reports” in the Navigation Bar.
- At the top of the page are tabs for each of the different report pages. Click on the “Overview” tab.
Choosing Users and Time:
On each tab of Reporting, you will see the option to select the user(s) you’d like to view data for, as well as the date range. If you are a team owner, then by default the page will be set to the organization level where you will see data for your entire organization.
To select an individual team to view data for, just select one of the teams on the left-hand side. Using this same menu you can also opt to choose to view just a single user.
To select a different date range for the data you’re viewing, select one of the time filters from the drop-down on the top right-hand side of the page. Available preset time filters are:
- Last Week
- This Week
- This Month
You also have the option to set a date range by selecting specific dates from a calendar.
