Activities let you track all of you or your Reps' actions while out in the field. With customizable Activity Types, you can easily understand the context of a meeting and take actionable steps to move forward.
To log an Activity:
- Tap "Add Activity” on the Home screen
- Fill out all Activity Fields:
- Activity Type: The interaction you made with your customer
- Ex: Lunch, Call, Visit
- Activity Title: The default is the Activity Type name, though you can customize it
- Mark as Completed: Toggle on if you have completed the activity
- Make Visible to Team: Toggle on if you want your whole team to see your activity
- If you want to keep this activity as private to you, keep this toggled off
- Notes: Notes about the Activity
- Due Date and Time: When the Activity was completed or is due
- The default will be the current time and date
- You can set future-dated Activities to act as reminders
- Duration: Length of the Activity
- Assign to: Assign Activities for your Reps to complete
- Company: Associate the Activity with a Company
- Person: Associate the Activity with a Person
- Deal: Associate the Activity with a Deal
- Activity Type: The interaction you made with your customer
Default Types:
- Visit
- Call
- Lunch
- Meeting
- Task
You can add new Activity Types to create custom Activity tracking.
To add a new Activity Type:
- Tap on the Gear icon in the app Header
- Open the Activity Types dropdown
- Tap “+ Activity Type”
- Name the custom Activity Type
- Tap “Save”
