There are two different ways to apply Filters on the app. You can choose from the list of fields or perform a keyword search across different categories.
The available fields to the filter will depend on which record type you are filtering. For example, stage is only an option when filtering deals.
To apply a Filter in Map View:
- Tap "Maps" in the Navigation Menu
- Tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen
- Tap "+ Add Filter"
- Tap a Filter option such as Name or Address. For example, to filter by groups, tap “Groups”
- Tap "Search Category Value" (under equals any of/all of field) to indicate which Groups you want to filter by
- To include pins in any of the selected groups, tap "Equals any of" in the dropdown
- To include pins attributed to ALL selected groups, tap "Equals all of” in the dropdown
- You can either search by group name or select your Groups from a list
- You can apply multiple Filters at once. Once you have created all of the desired Filters, tap the “Apply” option in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to Map View with only pins matching the set of Filters on display
To apply a Filter in List View:
- Tap "Records" in the Navigation Menu
- Tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen
- Tap "+ Add Filter"
- Tap a Filter option such as Name or Address. For example, to filter by Groups, tap “Groups”
- Tap "Search Category Value" (under equals any of/all of field) to indicate which Groups you want to filter by

- To include pins attributed to ALL selected groups, tap "Equals all of” in the dropdown
- You can either search by Group name or select your Groups from a list

To edit a Filter:
- Tap "Maps" or “Records” in the Navigation Menu
- Tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen
- Edit your Filter fields
- Tap "Apply"
To remove an applied Filter:
- Tap "Maps" or “Records” in the Navigation Menu
- Tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen
- Tap the "X" next to the Filter name from the Filters screen
- Tap "Apply Filters"
To clear all of your Filters:
- Tap "Maps" or “Records” in the Navigation Menu
- Tap the Filter icon at the top of the screen
- Tap "Reset" (next to "+ Add Filter" button)
