Activities let you track all of your or your Reps' actions while out in the field. With customizable Activity Types, you can easily understand the context of a meeting and take actionable steps to move forward.
To log an Activity:
- Click on the universal (+) button at the top right of the page. This button is available to you across all pages. This will open up a list of options
- Fill out all Activity Fields: Ex: Lunch, Call, Visit
- You can set future-dated Activities to act as reminders
- Click on “More Options” to change the frequency of this activity, whether it lasts all day or if it repeats on a set frequency i.e. every 6 weeks.
Activity Name: The default is the Activity Type name, although you can customize it
Activity Type: The type of interaction you made with your customer
Start and End time: When the Activity was completed or is due
Visibility: Set who can see the activity
Mark as completed: Toggle on to mark the activity as completed
Activity Note: Notes about the Activity
Assignee: Assign Activities for your Reps to complete
Company: Associate the Activity with a Company
Person: Associate the Activity with a Person
Deal: Associate the Activity with a Deal
Files: Upload a photo, video, or document that might be helpful for this event - Click on “Show Custom Fields” to enter any additional information related to the activity that the administrator has added specifically for your organization
- Check "Create another" if you'd like to immediately create a new Activity following the completion of your record. This will bring up a new Activity record so you can save time when logging multiple Activities
- Click "Create Activity" to save this activity
