In Map My Customers, People is how you store contact information about your customers and prospects. People can be used to create optimized Routes and better visualize your customers.
People Records can be created by either importing or manually adding People into Map My Customers. By default, users can only see the records they have added. Team Owners can use Groups to share records with other team members. You can also view People in either a List View or Map View.
Groups can also be used to create segments for your People. For example, you can group People by their specific region or by buyer persona.
To Access People Records:
- Select "Records" from the Navigation Bar
- Select "People List" from the dropdown menu
- Select the Record you want to view
