It can be overwhelming to see all of your Companies, People, and Deals displayed on a list at once. Using Filters in List View helps you to visualize only the Records most relevant to you at the moment.
From the List View, you can apply and edit Filters via the “Manage” drawer on the left side of the screen.
To show records within a certain distance of your current or a desired location:
- Click “Radius” under the Manage section on the left side of your screen
- Use the slider to filter out pins outside of the desired radius (in miles) from your current location. You can also type or toggle to the desired radius
- To change your location, type in any address or zip code
- Click “Apply” to see those changes applied to your list
To show records of certain groups:
- Click “Groups” under the Manage section on the left side of your screen
- Choose whether you would like the filter to display pins that are in any one of the selected groups or pins that are in all of the selected groups:
- The “Pins in any” option will display all of the pins in each selected group
- The “Pins in all” option will display only pins that overlap in the multiple selected groups
- Click "Select Groups" to choose the Groups you would like to filter by
- Click “Apply” to add the filter
To filter by Company or People fields:
- Click “Filters” under the Manage section on the left side of your screen
- Select or search for the field you want to filter, including custom fields
- Select the parameters and values you want to filter by
- Click "Apply" to add the filter
Note: Columns with a filter applied will be signified with a blue dot:
To remove a Filter:
- Click on the column header for any column where a header is applied (Remember, it will have a blue dot)
OR
Click the Filters tab in the “Manage” menu - Select “Reset” to remove the filter from that column or field
Note: Hitting the blue “Add Rule” button will allow you to layer multiple filters on top of one another
