In Map My Customers, Reports are how you create custom reports to track your reps' progress and activities.
Reports can be downloaded from Map My Customers to share with your entire team. Exporting reports also allows you to input information from Map My Customers into another system, such as a CRM.
Reports can be built for Companies, People, Deals or Activities. Standard or custom fields, groups, or radius filters can also be applied to Reports.
To Access Reports:
- Select "Reports" from the Navigation Bar
