Check-in Activities give you the ability to create an based on your Current Location with the Activity Type, Record details and date & time automatically filled in. Once enabled, Check-in buttons are available on the Home screen, Company Record View, Person Record View and Activity Record View. Standard Activities can still be created.
Only Org Managers or Owners can enable Check-in for their entire team. Auto Visits must be disabled in order to enable Check-in.
To enable Check-in:
- Navigate to Settings via the Gear icon in the app Header
- Tap to expand the Reminders & Visits section
- Toggle on Check-in if you're an Org Manager or Owner to turn on the feature for your team
