Quick Actions enable you to automatically log Activities with the tap of the Call, Email, and Route links available throughout the app. You can find these links within Map View, Saved Routes, List View and Record View.
The links creates the following corresponding Activity Type listed below:
- Route link creates a Visit Activity
- Call link creates a Call Activity
- Email link creates an Email Activity
To Use Quick Actions:
Tap the Route, Call or Email link to load an option to perform the action and log the Activity. This automatically creates and saves an Activity with the Activity type, Record details and date/time pre-filled. You can easily navigate to the Activity to make changes or add a Note via the Recent Activities section on the app's Home screen or Activity List View.
If you do not wish to automatically log your Activity, you can select the "Don't log Activity" option.
